Health and wellness is the same for people with or without disabilities or activity limitations. Molina Healthcare's Bridge2Access Program will help improve access to health care services for all members. Here are a few things we offer our members:

We encourage you to call or visit the websites of our community partners listed below. If there is a resource that you need that is not listed, dial “211” from your cell phone or home phone. Your call will be routed to a referral specialist in your area. 211 is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week and can help you find much needed information or health and human services. The In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Program helps pay for services provided to low-income elderly, blind or disabled individuals, including children, so that they can remain safely in their own home.
