Cultural & Linguistic Services Program

At Passport Health Plan, we hope to improve doctor-patient communication by decreasing language barriers and increasing cultural awareness.

Our Cultural & Linguistics Services Program (CLSP) was created to ensure our providers are well informed about federal mandates affecting them as recipients of federal funds, and to protect our members' rights as stated in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

How We Support Providers

• FREE educational resources for your office staff, including our Provider Toolkit.
• FREE office signage and patient health materials in other languages
• DISCOUNTED 24/7 access to the telephonic and video interpretation vendor, InterpreTalk by Language Services Associates (LSA).  To set up an account and receive InterpreTalk services, please call (800) 305-9673 and select the option for the Sales Department.
