Difficultly Logging-On to iEXCHANGE
If you encounter difficulties logging-on to iEXCHANGE®, such as getting locked out or requiring your password to be reset, please contact the Provider Training Specialist at 502 585-8224. These issues can be resolved very quickly.

CPT Codes for iEXCHANGE Authorizations

iEXCHANGE® is a web-based program that allows you, our health care providers, to submit authorizations on-line. Currently, Passport Health Plan PHP utilizes iEXCHANGE® for online authorization of the following services:

Inpatient OB Deliveries
Obstetrical OB Globals
Hospice
EGD
CPAP
Colonoscopy
Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy
MRIs knee, cervical and lumbar
Cholecystectomy
Select ENT
Synagis
Cardiac Catherization
Select Home Health Services including mediplanners and home health aide visits
Select DME Services including breast prosthesis, knee/ankle/back brace and hospital bed
Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab

Providers may also use iEXCHANGE® to view outpatient and inpatient authorizations online, as related to their facility. Online access to authorizations will streamline your process by reducing the number of telephone calls you make to the Plan.

iEXCHANGE® also allows you, the provider to search for authorizations by member, authorization number, date of service and/or physician. View the following information online for each authorization:

Member identification number, coverage dates, and PCP
Authorization number
Service requested
Primary diagnosis
Treatment dates and,
Status of the authorization.

iEXCHANGE® is designed for multiple user access and is FREE. Providers wanting to use iEXCHANGE® must have access to the Internet and a web browser of 5.5 or higher. At PHP, we encourage all of our providers to take advantage of this user-friendly online tool.
