Passport Advantage has created a network of approximately 800
pharmacies where you can fill prescriptions. The number of pharmacies
in our network is more than the number that the Medicare program
requires us to have in our network.
Our network includes:
- independent retail pharmacies (in our service area).
- national chain pharmacies (in our service area and nationwide).
- home infusion pharmacies (in our service area).
- long term care pharmacies (in our service area).
You must use a pharmacy in our network for us to cover your
prescriptions. There are some exceptions to this rule. Read
our Out-of-Network Policy
to learn more.
Our service area is the following Kentucky counties: Jefferson,
Oldham, Trimble, Carroll, Henry, Shelby, Spencer, Washington,
Marion, Nelson, Larue, Bullitt, Hardin, Grayson, Breckinridge,
and Meade.
