A formulary is a list of drugs that a plan covers. The Passport
Advantage formulary includes a number of drugs in all drug categories
so that you and your providers can choose the right drug for
you. Passport Advantage developed its formulary based on the
recommendations of our medical staff and our network providers
and includes all drugs that the Medicare program requires. The
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has reviewed and
approved the Passport Advantage formulary.
We review and change our formulary regularly. We will put information
about any changes in the formulary on this web page 60 days
before we change the formulary. But, we will not change our
formulary before March 2006.
