Smoking Cessation Resources

Do you know that cigarette smoking is the single most preventable cause of disease and death in the United States? Everyone can benefit from quitting.

Get help. Talk to your provider about quitting and follow his or her advice. Your provider may order medicines that can help you quit. Remember, there are only two kinds of smokers: those who have quit, and those who know they should quit.
