Passport Advantage has a network of health care providers to care for you. You can choose to use the providers in our network. Or, you can choose to use any other provider that has enrolled in Medicare and will accept payment from Passport Advantage.
You can get the most out of your benefits if you:
- Go to providers that take both Medicare and Passport Health Plan or Kentucky Medicaid.
- Go to pharmacies and eye care specialists that are in the Passport Advantage provider network.
If you do not do these things, you could have to pay for some of your health care services.
Remember: If you have an emergency, you do not need to use a Passport Advantage provider or pharmacy. Get care right away!
If a service is covered only by Passport Health Plan, you must follow Passport Health Plan rules.
