We are a unique, comprehensive Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan for active Passport Health Plan members with Medicare Parts A and B.
We offer a $0 monthly plan premium and provide our members with their hospitalization coverage (Part A), physician and outpatient lab and x-ray benefits (Part B), and prescription drug coverage (Part D), all under one local plan.
