The Data Analyst will support the operations team by meeting all reporting and analysis needs for operational performance. Prepare and present information for department and cross functional departmental review. Requires the ability to analyze data from conceptualization through presentation and requires proficiency with analytical tools, knowledge of data analysis methodology, use of presentation software, and strong communication skills. Extensive experience with statistical mining packages and an understanding of health plan performance metrics and drivers preferred.

Concurrent Review Nurse
Under the supervision of the Utilization Management Supervisor, the On-Site Concurrent Review Nurse is responsible for conducting reviews, documenting and reporting over utilization and under utilization of services and potential/actual quality of care issues in order to promote efficient utilization and effective discharge planning. These duties are performed on-site at assigned acute care facilities. The On-Site Concurrent Review Nurse identifies clinical situations that might benefit from case management and facilitates referrals as appropriate. The On-Site Concurrent Review Nurse also identifies quality of care issues (sentinel events) and refers these to quality management.

Finance Director
The Finance Director is responsible for reporting and analysis of Passport Health Plan’s financial results, including presentations to Passport Health Plan's Finance Committee. Other responsibilities will include financial planning and forecasting, communications with the Department of Insurance (DOI), and staff support to Passport's Investment Committee and other Finance Committee workgroups. Must be able to work in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, statutory accounting principles as defined by the Kentucky DOI, other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry.
