Speakers and Community Outreach Representatives

Passport Health Plan can provide speakers for your school or faith-based group.

Community, civic, or social service organizations - We will be happy to speak to your members and/or staff about the following:

• Passport Health Plan
• History of Medicaid managed care in Kentucky
• Quality improvement initiatives
• Provider relations
• Case management and preventive health services
• Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program (KCHIP)

Schools - If you are planning activities or meetings where parents will be attending, we will be happy to speak about Passport Health Plan and the KCHIP program.

Communities and Neighborhoods - If you are planning a community activity, such as fall and summer festivals, we will be happy to attend to provide information on preventive health initiatives.
